  15. Anyone getting stuttering on flyer playback of video clips even with the
  16. CD-Rom removed out of Devs Drawer. I have New Tek approved IBM 2-Gigs, 
  17. Also on some Hi-8 stuff i think the picture degrades from master tape to
  18. flyer, anyone notice a picture degarding from tape when there
  19. not suppossed to be any difference at all.
  20. Any tips on better picture quality, and stutter problems.
